This Refund Policy describes the rules and procedures under which Sudo24 Learning Private Limited (“Sudo24”, “we”, “us”) processes refund requests for paid courses and services purchased on sudo24.online or any company-controlled subdomains. By purchasing any course or service, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are considered only if the refund request is submitted within 10 calendar days of course access activation or within the first 10 live classes, whichever occurs earlier.
- Refund eligibility applies only to individual course purchases and not to bundled offers, membership subscriptions, or promotional combos, unless explicitly stated.
- Refunds will not be considered if the student has consumed more than 50% of course content or attended more than 10 live classes.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund Consideration
The Company may approve refunds in the following, limited circumstances (subject to verification):
- Verified technical failure on the Company’s platform that prevents legitimate access to course content.
- Course was not delivered by the assigned instructor within 7 days of scheduled start (without viable reschedule).
- Duplicate or erroneous charge for the same course due to platform/system issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction with course content, or inability to attend classes due to personal reasons.
- Partial attendance, missed classes, or inability to complete assignments.
- Temporary interruptions due to student’s internet, device, or power issues.
- Costs, charges, or taxes levied by payment gateways or banks (these fees are non-refundable).
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, follow the steps below:

- Provide the following details: Full name, Course name, Enrollment date, Registered Course ID (email), Payment transaction ID, and a brief reason for the refund request.
- Our Finance & Quality team will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days and initiate verification.
5. Verification & Decision
- The Company will verify the claim by checking access logs, attendance, content consumption, and payment records.
- Approval or rejection of refund requests is at the sole discretion of Sudo24 after due diligence.
- In cases where fraud, abuse, or policy violation is detected, refunds will be rejected and the Company may take corrective action including suspension of access.
6. Refund Disbursement
If a refund is approved:
- Refund amount will be processed to the same payment method used at time of purchase.
- Refunds will be disbursed within 10–15 business days of approval, subject to banking timelines.
- Any applicable transaction fees or taxes deducted by payment processors may be withheld from refunded amount.
7. Payment Terms & Invoicing
- All fees are payable in advance and billed to Sudo24 Learning Private Limited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Upon successful payment, an official invoice shall be emailed to the registered email ID immediately or within one business day.
- Teachers, institutions, or third parties are not authorized to accept cash payments on behalf of Sudo24.
8. Bulk & Institutional Enrollments
For schools, colleges, and institutional tie-ups:
- Bulk enrollment refunds are governed by the institutional agreement and renewal terms.
- Institutions must submit refund requests via an authorized representative and include supporting documentation.
9. Replacement & Credit Option
At Company discretion, Sudo24 may offer:
- Course transfer to an alternate batch or subject within 30 days.
- Wallet credit equal to the paid amount (valid for 30 days) in lieu of cash refund.
10. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Exceptions to policy may be considered for verified platform failures, medical emergencies (with proof), or government mandates — evaluated on case-by-case basis by senior management.
11. No Guarantee of Outcome
Sudo24 provides learning resources and mentorship but does not guarantee job placement, income, or certification outside stated course outcomes.
12. Reporting & Support
- All refund or payment issues must be reported via official channels: support@sudo24.online or WhatsApp +91 99997 636742.
- Messages sent via other channels or personal numbers may not be processed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Company’s monetary liability is limited to the amount paid by the student for the course. Sudo24 shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to lost earnings, opportunity costs, or reputational loss.
14. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
Any attempt to misuse refunds, create multiple accounts, or use fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
15. Change in Policy
Sudo24 reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent policy will always be published on sudo24.online/refund-policy.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city where the Company is registered.
