2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Content access is limited, and less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
  • The refund request is supported by a valid reason, such as technical issues or incorrect course enrollment.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After 20% or more of the course content has been accessed.
  • For discounted or promotional offers.
  • In case of non-attendance during live classes or webinars.
  • For customized services like personalized tutoring or 1-on-1 mentorship.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription under the following terms:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, only partial refunds may be granted depending on content usage.
  • Once a course is marked as 'completed,' cancellation will not be accepted.

  • Mention your order ID, course details, and reason for refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after approval.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain cases, refunds may be approved beyond the mentioned timeline if:

  • Technical issues prevented content access.
  • The purchased course was incomplete or not delivered as described.
  • Legal or regulatory concerns arise.

7. Teacher Payment Policy

For teachers offering paid courses:

  • Payments will be processed after the 7-day refund window closes.
  • If a refund request is made within the valid timeframe, the teacher's payout may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Teachers found to have violated Sudo24’s content standards may face payout holds or deductions.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Email a formal appeal to appeals@sudo24.com.
  • Provide supporting documents for your claim.
  • Our dispute resolution team will respond within 5 working days.
