Welcome to Sudo24 Learning Private Limited. By enrolling in our skill development and placement assured programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all participants in Sudo24’s programs, and by joining any of our courses, you agree to comply with them.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be 18 years or older to enroll in any skill development program provided by Sudo24. 1.2 You must meet the specific educational and technical prerequisites (if any) mentioned for each program. 1.3 Sudo24 reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Program Enrolment

2.1 To enroll in a program, you must complete the registration form and make the required payment. 2.2 Your enrolment is confirmed only after Sudo24 receives the full payment of program fees. 2.3 Incomplete or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in termination of your enrolment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All program fees must be paid upfront or as per the agreed installment plan. 3.2 Sudo24 reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time but will honor prices agreed upon at the time of your enrollment. 3.3 Failure to complete payments as per the installment plan may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the program.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refunds are available only within 7 days of enrollment, provided the participant has not accessed more than 20% of the course content. 4.2 No refunds will be processed once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. 4.3 In case of program cancellation by Sudo24, participants will receive a full refund. 4.4 If a participant cancels their enrolment after the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided.

5. Program Content and Access

5.1 Sudo24 reserves the right to modify the course content, structure, or syllabus as needed to ensure the program remains relevant and up to date. 5.2 Participants will receive access to program materials, including video lectures, assignments, and other resources for the duration of the course. 5.3 Access to course content is personal and non-transferable. 5.4 Sharing or distributing program content to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. Placement Assurance

6.1 Sudo24 offers placement assurance to participants who successfully complete the program and meet all performance and attendance criteria. 6.2 Placement assurance does not guarantee a specific salary or location, but Sudo24 will make reasonable efforts to place candidates based on their skills and market demand. 6.3 Participants are responsible for actively participating in the placement process, including attending interviews and completing placement-related tasks. 6.4 Sudo24 is not liable if participants reject placement offers or fail to secure placement due to their own actions or inactions.

7. Attendance and Performance

7.1 Participants are expected to maintain a minimum attendance rate as outlined in the program details. 7.2 Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in removal from the program without a refund. 7.3 Participants are required to complete all assignments, assessments, and projects within the given deadlines to be eligible for placement assurance.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a positive learning environment. Misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, cheating, and disruptive behavior, may result in removal from the program without a refund. 8.2 Participants must respect the intellectual property rights of Sudo24 and other course participants.

9. Certification

9.1 Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certification from Sudo24 Learning Private Limited. 9.2 The issuance of certificates is subject to the participant fulfilling all academic and attendance requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Sudo24 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its programs. 10.2 Sudo24’s total liability, in any event, is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the participant.

11. Termination

11.1 Sudo24 reserves the right to terminate your enrollment if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, fail to make timely payments, or engage in any misconduct. 11.2 Termination due to a breach of terms will not entitle the participant to any refunds.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1 By enrolling in a program, you consent to Sudo24 collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. 12.2 Sudo24 will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal data, but cannot be held liable for unauthorized access by third parties.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 13.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City], India.
