📘 Terms & Conditions — Sudo24 Learning Pvt. Ltd.

Effective from March 2023 — This document governs all courses, services, and operations of Sudo24 Learning Private Limited, an EdTech company built for teachers, students, and skill development enthusiasts. By enrolling, accessing, or interacting with our platform (https://sudo24.online), you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Company Identity: “Sudo24 Learning Pvt. Ltd.” is a registered educational technology company in India providing LMS, Skill Development, and online teaching platforms.
2. Official Domain: All courses, payments, and classes are managed exclusively through sudo24.online.
3. Enrollment Policy: Students must complete full registration and payment before class access is granted.
4. Payment Mode: 100% advance payment is required via company-approved gateways or direct bank transfers.
5. Invoice Generation: Each enrolled student will receive an official invoice via email after successful payment.
6. Refund Period: Refunds are eligible only within 10 days or 10 classes (whichever comes first) from the course start date.
7. Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Refund Denial: No refund shall be granted once the student has attended more than 10 classes or accessed over 50% of the content.
9. Course Transfer: Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable after the refund period expires.
10. Teacher Association: Educators on the platform agree that all digital material, domain, and student data remain company property.
11. Content Ownership: All intellectual property including videos, PDFs, slides, and logos belong solely to Sudo24 Learning Pvt. Ltd.
12. Domain & Hosting Rights: Any sub-domain provided to teachers or institutions remains under Sudo24’s ownership.
13. Discount & Offers: No public discounts apply. All promotional offers must be pre-approved by the management team.
14. Class Delivery: Classes shall be conducted via Microsoft Teams or official Sudo24 platforms only.
15. Technical Issues: The company is not responsible for personal device or internet failures affecting attendance.
16. Teacher Independence: Teachers are allowed creative freedom but must follow company quality guidelines and branding rules.
17. Termination Rights: The company holds the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misconduct, piracy, or fraud.
18. Behavioral Code: Learners must maintain respect and discipline during live or recorded sessions.
19. Communication Policy: All official communication happens only via @sudo24.online emails or the verified WhatsApp number.
20. Data Privacy: Student information and course data are protected and not shared with third parties without consent.
21. Data Usage: Data may be used internally for academic improvement, AI learning, and analytics under data protection laws.
22. Content Recording: All live classes may be recorded for student review and internal quality purposes.
23. Marketing Rights: The company may use anonymized reviews, achievements, or testimonials for promotional purposes.
24. Certificate Policy: Certificates are issued digitally after full completion and verification by the Sudo24 academic team.
25. Certification Validity: All certificates carry the official Sudo24 seal and are valid for academic and professional use.
26. Attendance Tracking: Attendance below 75% may affect certification or course access continuation.
27. Platform Updates: Sudo24 reserves the right to change, update, or enhance LMS or UI anytime without notice.
28. Third-Party Tools: We may use tools like YouTube, Facebook, or Microsoft Teams — each governed by their own policies.
29. Class Suspension: In case of unavoidable events, classes will be rescheduled rather than refunded.
30. Teacher Payouts: All payments to instructors are governed by internal company contracts and policies.
31. Unauthorized Use: Any attempt to duplicate, resell, or share platform access will lead to legal action.
32. AI & Automation: Sudo24 uses AI-powered learning and analytics to personalize student experiences; all outputs remain internal property.
33. Bulk Enrollments: Institutes and schools under tie-up agreements must comply with Sudo24’s bulk enrollment policy and annual renewal structure.
34. Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate participation through a written request; outstanding dues must be cleared before exit.
35. Compliance: Users agree to comply with all Indian laws, IT guidelines, and education policies relevant to e-learning.
36. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India at Sudo24’s registered address.
37. Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for loss of data, profit, or time due to service interruptions or external factors.
38. Force Majeure: Sudo24 will not be held liable for delays due to natural disasters, internet failure, or government restrictions.
39. Modification Rights: These terms can be updated or replaced anytime without prior notice.
40. Acceptance: Enrolling or logging into your LMS account means full acceptance of these policies.
